	1857	MS65	PCGS 56088829	Choice	$3500	New August 21! Scarce Type II 3cS in MS65. Ex. Evergreen. Substantially fewer Type II 3cS were minted as compared to Type I examples. The obverse is well struck while on the reverse, the stars on the right do not show any radials. Heavy die clashing is seen on both sides. Subtle light toning can be seen on the light grey surfaces that are smooth for the grade.

	1865	PF65+CAM	PCGS 31777226	Choice	$4250	New August 21! Full Strike with Rare Cameo. Ex. Evergreen Collection. An estimated 500 proofs were minted of this sole 3cN Civil War issue. The strike is absolutely hammered with some cameo contrast seen on both sides. The surfaces are quite hairline free. There are a number of small flecks on the obverse that determine the grade.
	1883	PF67	PCGS 39213842	Choice	$1350	New August 11! Price Reduction - Lustrous, Mark Free Surfaces. Ex. Island Lake Collection. Proof mintage of 6,609. This proof is essentially mark free. It is nicely struck displaying excellent luster. Two specks can be seen in the right obverse field the prevents a gem quality rating. An attractive coin for the collector looking for this high grade type.
