43517746 		Choice $795 New May 22! Difficult Type 2 Coin. Lustrous with Few Marks. From the Evergreen collection. It is fascinating that while the silver content was reduced in 1853 for the half dime, dime, quarter, and half dollar, the silver in 3 cent silvers was actually increased changing rom 75% silver to 90% silver. This coin is lustrous with few marks. The coin exhibits the normal striking weakness found on Type 2 3cS coins. The mintage of Type 2 3cS is a fraction of the Type 1 3cS coins.
