$3000 		New March 3! Lustrous and Prooflike. Excellent luster over frosty prooflike surfaces. Copper and silver toning on both sides with a splash of blue on the reverse creates nice eye appeal. The stars are weekly struck but the rest of the coin is well struck. Interesting die cracks on the obverse and rim cuds on the left reverse complete the package. Looks to be a late die state of WB-11. December 1969
